Why we don't offer refunds

Unlike a physical product that can be returned, your compatibility report is generated and delivered immediately — it is a one-of-a-kind digital item created specifically for you and your partner. Once it exists, it cannot be “un-generated”.

By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you are buying a personalised digital product and that delivery begins immediately upon payment.

Exception: non-delivery

If you paid but did not receive your report — due to a technical error on our side — we will make it right. We'll either regenerate and deliver your report or issue a full refund, your choice.

To report a non-delivery, email us at support@snuglyapp.com within 14 days of purchase. Please include the email address you used at checkout.
