The Snugly Couples Test is a digital product that generates a personalised astrology compatibility PDF report (“Report”) for two individuals based on their names, dates of birth, and other optional details provided.

The Report is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. It is generated using artificial intelligence and astrological frameworks and does not constitute professional relationship, psychological, or medical advice. Results are subjective and should not be relied upon for any critical life decisions.

Access to the Couples Test Report requires a one-time payment of $7.00 USD. All payments are processed securely by Creem.io, our third-party Merchant of Record payment processor. By completing a purchase, you agree to Creem's terms of service and privacy policy.

Your Report will be made available for download immediately upon successful payment and will also be sent to the email address you provide. We do not store your payment card details.

Refund policy: Because the Report is a digital product generated immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds unless the Report was not delivered due to a technical error on our part. If you did not receive your Report, please contact us at support@snuglyapp.com within 14 days of purchase.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide (including the personal details of the second person) is accurate and that you have the consent of any third party whose information you submit. You must not submit information about a person without their knowledge and consent.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service, or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction if higher.

The Report generated for you is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. You may print, download, and share it with the partner named in the Report. You may not resell, redistribute commercially, or claim authorship of the Report.

All other content on the Service — including the Snugly name, logo, design, and software — is owned by ByteMind and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Resell or commercialise generated Reports without our written consent

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reports will meet your expectations. Astrology-based insights are inherently subjective.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant purchase.

The Service integrates with third-party services including Creem.io (payments), MongoDB Atlas (data storage), Resend (email), and Anthropic (AI report generation via Claude). Each of these services has its own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Latvia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Latvia.
